Every group dynamic has a culture, and the culture determines how well you will (or won’t) work together. As a facilitator, you have the power and the responsibility to set the tone of the environments you’re apart of, but you don’t set it alone. Whether it’s just you and one other person or you alongside a larger group, the standard for how you engage with one another is something that both happens as a result of intentional curation and organic happenstance. So how do you cultivate the balance between the two?
