Roeshawn Davidson
With over seven years of extensive online and in-person local and global facilitation experience, Roeshawn has designed and delivered workshops and programming for hundreds of people across various stages of life: students, young professionals, high potential and senior leaders across public, private and non-profit sectors. She has also conducted learning experiences across intergenerational, intercultural, and cross-sectoral audiences.
But she didn’t get this experience in a linear, traditional way. In fact, she holds no formal facilitation training or accreditation to her name. So how is it that she can comfortably and successfully curate these environments regardless of location or audience background? What’s made her most effective in developing her skillset are leveraging the traits that make her who she is: someone with a genuine love for people, a strong belief in growth and potential, and a passion for creativity and unorthodox thinking. She doesn’t just talk it. She lives it. And that lifestyle exemplifies itself in the quality of her facilitation.
Through the Unboxed Facilitation course, she wants to equip you to do the same. The goal is not to make you become like her, but to help you home in on your unique makeup, so that you can become your best, most holistic facilitator. And person.
